1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

• For Item to return ,customer should contact support@rebeldrapes.com within 2 days /48 hours from the date of delivery.

• Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags, labels, and packaging intact.

• Certain items such as intimates, accessories, or sale/discounted items may not be eligible for return or exchange (unless defective).

2. Return Process

• To initiate a return, contact us at support@rebeldrapes.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Once approved, our team will guide you on how to ship the product back.

• Return shipping charges will be applicable unless the item is defective or wrongly delivered.

3. Exchange Process

• Exchanges are allowed for size, color, or product replacement (subject to stock availability).

• If the requested exchange product is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

• Exchange requests must be initiated within the same 2 days / 48 hours return window.

4. Refunds

• Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the product.

• Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment only.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 2 days/48 hours of delivery with supporting images.

• We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund.
